Purpose
The NanoConnect provides an exclusive and secure wireless connection for your NanoMarket. It has been pre-configured and tested by 365 Retail Markets and is ready for you to use immediately! To connect your NanoMarket or Pico device to your NanoConnect, follow the steps provided below.
Powering on the NanoConnect
- Attach the antennas to the NanoConnect as shown in the image below.
(antennas are included with the NanoConnect)
- Plug in the power cord.
- Wait 10 seconds for the system to initialize.
- Press the Power button to turn on the router.
Connecting NanoMarket or Pico Device to NanoConnect
The pictures in the steps below show the NanoMarket display; however, these steps will be the same for Pico devices and the display will be very similar.
- Tap 5 times on the upper left corner on the point of sale.
- Enter your PIN.
If your PIN does not work, you can attempt to use the email sign-in. If you need your PIN reset, reach out to your leadership.
- Tap Start Setup App.
- Tap Setup Network.
- Tap WiFi.
- The NanoConnect does not broadcast an SSID. It must be manually connected. Tap the three dots in the upper right corner, then select Add network.
- Enter the network information below, then click SAVE.
- Network Name: nanomarket
- Security: WPA/WPA2 PSK
- Password: *365 Support can provide password over the phone*
- Click SAVE.
- After successfully connecting to the NanoMarket WiFi network, you will see the network name and " Connected " status.
Testing the Network Connection
- Tap 5 times on the upper left corner on the point of sale.
- Enter your PIN.
If your PIN does not work, you can attempt to use the email sign-in. If you need your PIN reset, reach out to your leadership.
- Tap Start Setup App.
- Tap Testing & Tools.
- Tap Test Connectivity.
- If a green checkmark displays next to Internet Connection, your device is now connected to the NanoConnect.
