Note: You must remove the product that you want to disable from inventory to avoid getting the message below.
To Disable or Enable a Product
- Log into http://readytouchpos.com/public/login.
- Click on the Product tab.
- Select Global Product from the drop-down menu.
- Find the product you want to disable or enable by using the Search field in the top, right corner.
- Change the Is Disabled field to Yes or No accordingly.
- Click Save and Update Location in the bottom, left of the screen. This will push your changes to the kiosk immediately.
