ADM How to Disable or Enable Products

Note: You must remove the product that you want to disable from inventory to avoid getting the message below.

To Disable or Enable a Product

  1. Log into http://readytouchpos.com/public/login.

  2. Click on the Product tab.

  3. Select Global Product from the drop-down menu.

  4. Find the product you want to disable or enable by using the Search field in the top, right corner.

  5. Change the Is Disabled field to Yes or No accordingly.

  6. Click Save and Update Location in the bottom, left of the screen. This will push your changes to the kiosk immediately.
