It you are experiencing an issue with a piece of equipment, contact 365 Support at (888) 365-6282 to troubleshoot the issue further. If we determined that the fingerprint reader must be replaced, our Support team can submit the order for you. The device may be eligible for paid replacement if the kiosk is still within the warranty period.
If you would like to purchase a new fingerprint reader, send an email to the 365 Sales team at firstname.lastname@example.org to process your order. Include the 365 product that the device is for: Legacy MicroMarket (Gen1, Gen2, Gen3, or Gen3c) or V5 MicroMarket.
