V5 MicroMarket - Calibrating the Elo Touchscreen

Occasionally, the touchscreen on a MicroMarket may need to be recalibrated if the kiosk does not respond correctly when buttons are pressed. To calibrate the touchscreen, complete the following steps.

1. Be sure the touchscreen is clean and free of debris by following our Cleaning Instructions for Multiple Devices.

2. After cleaning the touchscreen, close the Home screen by connecting a USB keyboard to the kiosk computer and press ALT+F4.

3.  Tap the Touch Screen Calibration icon. The calibration screen will display.

4. Press each target as it moves around screen. The targets will start at the top, left corner and touch the red icon.

5. Then go to the top right, bottom left, and finally the bottom right.
