Occasionally, the Delta SkyMiles app may be pointing to the incorrect API base URL. To correct this, complete the following steps. 

  1. From the main screen, choose your Delta Sky Miles application

  2. In the top, right corner, tap Location once.

  3. The message Enter Api Base Url will display in the top, right corner. Tap this message once.

  4. Enter the address https://skyapi.readytouchpos.com and click Go.
