Purpose
The purpose of this article is to provide a general overview of the available Stock and Ordering Reports in the Kafoodle KMS system. The primary Reporting screen is the KMS Dashboard.
- Please Note: The Dashboard will display the sites and locations you have access to. If you are not seeing a Location, ensure you are logged in with the correct user profile.
Dashboard
- Choose the desired Sites to monitor with the dropdown table in the top left of the Dashboard. The other fields next to it control the reporting date, which is set to the last 6 months by default.
Top Dashboard categories show: Total Orders Value, Pending Deliveries, Latest Stock Value, and Total Wastage Value. These categories can be exported as .csv, .xlsx, or .json files.
- Total Orders Value - Total value of all orders from the selected timerange.
- Pending Deliveries - Shows any deliveries or orders placed but not yet delivered.
- Latest Stock Value - Value of the most recent finalized Stock Value.
- Total Wastage Value - Value of total Wastage.

Reports Tab
- Open the Reports tab by selecting it from the tab list on the left of the screen.
- Use the selectors at the top of the reports screen to filter and limit results (Site, Date Range, Supplier, etc.)
- Download a Report of the selected field by clicking the 'Download full results' button in the top right of the individual topic.
- Use the selectors at the top of the reports screen to filter and limit results (Site, Date Range, Supplier, etc.)
- The Reports tab contains the following sub-categories
- Meal Planning Reports - Shows Meal Planning reports.
- Ordering Reports - Shows 'Total orders in value', 'Most ordered items', 'ordered by category', etc.
- Stock Take Reports - Shows 'Latest stock value', 'Most valued items in last finalised stock take', etc.
- Wastage Reports - Shows 'Total wastage value', 'Most wasted items', 'Wastage value by reason', etc.
