Purpose

The purpose of this article is to outline the steps to convert a Parlevel device from 'Fetch (Imported With No Layout)' to ' Fetch-Online' format.

 

Process

  1. Navigate to Vending > All Machines, then filter to the machine.
  2. Click the Edit pencil, under Actions, to go to the Edit Machine screen.

  3. On the Edit Machine screen, click the Basic Info tab.

  4. Under the Machine Options, uncheck FETCH Only Machine.

  5. Delete the Device ID.

  6. Under Machine Options, check Offline Machine. Save the changes.

  7. Go to the Implementation screen.

  8. Find the Fetch Device ID and click it.

  9. Click the Merge With Machine dropdown menu then search for the offline machine by name.

  10. Enable FETCH under Telemeter Info.

  11. Click Continue to Layout.

  12. On the Machine Layout Page, click Create [1], then click Create and Continue (VMS) [2], to view the new FETCH-Online Machine.

Please Note: Once complete, the machine automatically inherits the Planogram slot layout and slot prices from the actual machine. The planogram is then ready to edit.
