Purpose
The purpose of this article to outline the Operator steps to request an Adyen payment processor refund. Please note: any refund will need to be processed by the 365 Support Team.
Process
- Gather the following information:
- Transaction information:
- Exact time of transaction:
- Date of transaction:
- Last 4CC:
- Please mention if it is an apple pay or google pay card
- Amount of the transaction:
- A picture or screenshot of the transaction receipt (if possible).
- Transaction information:
- The Operator should then request a refund by emailing support@365rm.com including the gathered information.
- Once the request is received, the cardholder is refunded within 2-5 working days after confirmation from support.
- All non-voice communication has the same SLA (service level agreement) of 5 working days, should the refund be request be processed through chat or email.
