International - Adyen Refund Request Process - Operator

Purpose

The purpose of this article to outline the Operator steps to request an Adyen payment processor refund. Please note: any refund will need to be processed by the 365 Support Team.

 

Process

  1. Gather the following information:
    1. Transaction information:
      • Exact time of transaction:
      • Date of transaction:
      • Last 4CC:
        • Please mention if it is an apple pay or google pay card
      • Amount of the transaction:
    2. A picture or screenshot of the transaction receipt (if possible).
  2. The Operator should then request a refund by emailing support@365rm.com including the gathered information.
  3. Once the request is received, the cardholder is refunded within 2-5 working days after confirmation from support.
    • All non-voice communication has the same SLA (service level agreement) of 5 working days, should the refund be request be processed through chat or email.
