Purpose

The purpose of this article is to outline the steps for first time user setup in the Parlevel VMS and Stock App for Pepsi/Pepsico Users.

Process

Open the App

1. Use the appropriate first time log in link (based on region):
   • South: https://pepsico-south.parlevelvms.com/login
   • North: https://pepsico-north.parlevelvms.com/login
   • West: https://pepsico-west.parlevelvms.com/login
   • Central: https://pepsico-central.parlevelvms.com/login
     
     
2. Use the Sign in with Pepsi button
   
3. Enter your GPID credentials
   
4. The Parlevel VMS will open
    
5. Next, install the Stock App from the Company Portal. Search for intune (Company Portal).
   
6. Click, Sign In.
   
7. Click Stock by Parlevel.
   
8. Click Install.
   
9. Open the Stock by Parlevel app. Enter your division name (based on region):
   • South: pepsico-south
   • North: pepsico-north
   • West: pepsico-west
   • Central: pepsico-central
     
     
10. Click continue. Click 'Login with Pepsi'. 
    
11. Click continue with Pepsi, enter your GPID credentials. The Stock App will now open.

Edit Route and Validate Forecast

1. On the Parlevel App home screen, click the cogwheel.
   
2. Click Routing, then Routes
   
3. Click the edit pencil to enter the edit menu.
   
4. Select the Driver and Truck for the Route. Click Save.
   • If the Driver is not available on the list, make sure the Driver has logged into the Stock App.
     
5. To validate the forecast, click on the Forecast tab (to the right of 'Advanced')
   • Please note: you must be logged in as a Delivery Supervisor account on the Stock App for the Forecast tab to appear.
     
6. Verify the Forecast for your Route. Click 'Save Changes'.
   
   • Please Note: the site default is '24HR M-F delivery'.
