Purpose
This article guides Operators through the required process for renaming/relocating/moving an OptConnect unit.
This process is required for all OptConnect renamings and relocations/moves in all respects (moving from one location to another, moving to and from Inventory, etc.).
It is not required for temporary OptConnect moves with short-term troubleshooting.
Process
To relocate/rename/move an OptConnect unit:
- Go to the Market Closures/OptConnect Relocation Form.
- Click on Market/Contract Closeout Request and select OptConnect Relocation from the dropdown.
- Fill out the relevant info. in the form. Once finished, click the blue Send button at the bottom to submit to 365.
