Purpose

This article outlines the Scheduled Price Changes report that shows an overview of scheduled price changes. Each row is a separately recorded price change for an asset.

• Please Note: Price changes due to product change are not included. For these please use the Vending Operations - Scheduled Product Changes
   

Process

1. Log into the Organization's VMS.
    
2. Navigate to Analytics.
    
3. Select Vending Operations
    
4. Select Scheduled Price Changes
    
5. Press the green play button to pull the report.

Table Columns

• Route: Asset's assigned Route.
   
• Asset: A unique, customizable ID assigned to the asset.
   
• Machine / POS: Asset name. Clicking the name opens the asset's modal.
   
• Location: Asset's assigned Location.
   
• Slot: Product slot ID (numbers formatted '#-#' indicate 'row number-column number').
   
• Product: Name of product assigned to the Slot.
   
• Current Price: Slot sale price before the scheduled price change.
   
• New Price: Slot sale price after the scheduled price is changed.
   
• Scheduled At: Date & time when the price change was scheduled.
   
• Routed For: Date when the scheduled price change occurred. Clicking the date opens the Route Planning screen when the planned service route was carried out. If not yet planned for service, reads 'Not Routed'.
