Purpose

This article outlines the Route Summary report that shows an overview of daily routes by Service Date. Each row is a separate route. 

• A route must be consolidated to appear in this report.
   

Process

1. Log into the Organization's VMS.
    
2. Navigate to Analytics.
    
3. Select Routes
    
4. Select Route Summary
    
5. Select Date Range
    
6. Press the green play button to pull the report.

Table Columns

• Service Date: The day & date grouping planned service Routes.
   
• Route - Route Name. Clicking the name opens the Route Summary - Service Detail report.
   
• Driver - Route Driver name.
   
• Machines / POS - Number of assets serviced.
   
• Locations - Number of Locations visited.
   
• $ Sold - Total value of products sold since the previous service.
   
• $ CC - Total cashless sales reported since the previous service.
   
• $ Collected - Total cash and cashless sales collected since the previous service.
  • Cashless sales are "collected" from service during Route Consolidation.
     
• Manual PLs - Number of assets manually marked as serviced instead of with a fill-DEX.
   
• Items Prekitted - Amount of products prekit.
   
• Prekitted Cost - Cost of Items Prekitted.
   
• O/S - The difference between the Expected Cash To Collect and actual Collected Cash amount.
  • Green (positive) means more was collected than expected.
  • Red (negative) means less was collected than expected.
     
• Status - Displays 'Consolidated' when the route is consolidated.
   
• Detail - Clicking the button in this column opens the Route Progress screen.
