Purpose

This article outlines the Offline Machines report that shows an overview of offline POS collections and stocks. Each offline machine is listed with product details.
 

Process

1. Log into the Organization's VMS.
    
2. Navigate to Analytics.
    
3. Select Vending Operations
    
4. Select Offline Machines
    
5. Select Date Range
    
6. Select a Machine
    
7. Press the green play button to pull the report.

Table Columns

• Machine (grouping column): Asset #, asset name, and location.
   
• Sold (grouping column): The total amount of money consolidated for the offline asset.
   
• Product: Product name.
   
• Stocked: Number units stocked within the set date range.
   
• Pulled: A special offline-only category; the amount of product removed from the asset.
   
• Price: The Slot price for the Product.
   
• Total (est.): A calculated estimate of total revenue. Calculation: Total (est.) = (Stocked - Pulled) × Price
