Purpose

This article outlines the Fill Rate report that shows an overview of amount filled per service of a POS. Each row is a separate point of sale asset.

Process

Log into the Organization's VMS.
Navigate to Analytics.
Select Vending Operations
Select Fill Rate
Select Date Range
Choose a Route.
- Only active assets are shown by default. To include deleted and disconnected assets, uncheck the box labeled Only Active Machines
Press the green play button to pull the report.

Table Columns

Serviced At: Date & time when the asset service was finished.
Asset: A unique, customizable ID assigned to the asset.
Route: Asset's assigned Route.
Location: Asset's assigned Location.
Machine / POS: Asset name. Clicking the name opens the asset's model.
Avg. Fill Rate %: (Efficiency Rating) Average percentage of the asset’s par level that was empty at the start of each service during the set date range.
- Higher percentages indicate more product replenished per visit, signifying greater service efficiency.
