Purpose
This article outlines the Asset Tracker report that shows a list of the locations where your vending equipment (machines, kiosks) have been placed. Each row is a separate point of sale asset
Process
- Log into the Organization's VMS.
- Navigate to Analytics.
- Select Vending Operations
- Select Asset Tracker
- Select a Serial Number or an Asset Number
- Press the green play button to pull the report.

Table Columns
- Asset: A unique, customizable ID assigned to the asset.
- Name: Asset name. Clicking the name opens the asset's model.
- Status: Asset status at location; showing whether the asset is 'Active' (installed) at this location or if it was 'Removed'.
- When an asset appears more than once, the most recent instance will be listed as 'Active' while the others will be listed as 'Removed'.
- Options include 'Active', 'Removed'.
- Location: Asset's assigned Location.
- Route: Asset's assigned Route.
- Installed: Date when asset was installed at location.
- Removed: Date when asset was uninstalled from location (blank if currently installed).
- Moved To: New location where asset was reassigned to, if Status: Removed.
- Moved By: Username, who reassigned the asset's location in the VMS.
- Sales Meter: The current total sales for this asset.
