Purpose

This article serves as a guide for the Collection Statistics report.

Report Description

The Collection Statistics report is a report of specific collection statistics by Drivers.

Each row is a separate route service.

How to Access the Report

  1. From your Org's VMS, navigate to Analytics > Route > Collection Statistics.

  2. Choose a Driver, set a date range, then click the green play button to run the report.

Report Columns

  • Transaction #: A number assigned to an asset service ticket by the VMS.

  • Started At: The date when the service was started.

  • Machine / POS: Asset name. (Clicking the name opens the asset's model).

  • Location: Asset's assigned Location.

  • Status: Service status. (Options: 'Not Serviced', 'Serviced', 'Consolidated'.)

  • Action: Service action. (Options: 'Service Only', 'Collect Only', 'Serv & Col'.)

  • Bag #: ID of the money bag that held cash collected from the asset.

  • $ Sold: Total value of products sold since the previous service.

  • $ Cashless: Total cashless sales reported since the previous service.

  • $ Cash to Collect: Expected cash to collect.

  • Bills: Value of bills collected.

  • Coins: Value of coin collected.

  • $ Collected: Total cash and cashless sales collected since the previous service. (Cashless sales are 'collected' from service during 'Route Consolidation'.)
     
  • Refunds: Refund amount noted by the Driver in the Stock app.

  • Change Added: Change added to the machine from petty cash bank.

  • Sold Outs: The number of slots sold out (or at vend-out) at the time of service.

  • O/S: The calculated difference between the expected collect amount and how much was actually collected.

    • Green text means more was collected than was expected.

    • Red text means less was collected than was expected.

    • O/S = (Bills + Coins) - $ Cash to Collect.
