Purpose
This article outlines the analytics report that shows an overview of the current scheduled product changes.
Process
- Log into the Organization's VMS.
- Navigate to Analytics.
- Select Vending Operations.
- Select Scheduled Product Changes.
- Select desired date range.
- Press the green play button to pull the report.

Table Columns
Each row in the table is a separate recorded product change.
- Route: Asset's assigned Route.
- Asset: A unique, customizable ID assigned to the asset.
- Machine / POS: Asset name. Clicking the name opens the asset's modal.
- Slot: Product slot ID (numbers formatted '#-#' indicate 'row number-column number').
- Current Product: Product currently assigned to the Slot; scheduled to be replaced by the New Product.
- New Product: Product scheduled to replace the Current Product.
- Current Price: Slot sale price before the scheduled product change.
- New Price: Slot sale price after the scheduled product is changed.
- User: Username, who scheduled the product change.
- Scheduled At: Date & time when the product change was scheduled.
- Routed For: Date when the scheduled product change occurred. Clicking the date opens the Route Planning screen when the planned service route was carried out. If not yet planned for service, reads 'Not Routed'.
