Purpose

This article outlines the analytics report that shows an overview of the point of sale Par percentages at time of service.
 

Process

1. Log into the Organization's VMS.
    
2. Navigate to Analytics.
    
3. Select Routes.
    
4. Select Pars at Service Time.
    
5. Select desired date range.
    
6. Choose a route.
    
7. Press the green play button to pull the report.

Table Columns

Each row in the table is a separate point of sale asset.

• Route: Asset's assigned Route.
   
• ID: A VMS-assigned (non-customizable) ID for the asset.
   
• Machine / POS: Asset name. Clicking the name opens the asset's modal.
   
• Location: Asset's assigned Location.
   
• Serviced At: Date & time when the asset service was finished.
   
• Par %: Asset's overall fill level at service time, as a percentage.
   
• Expected Amount: The expected amount of cash to collect.
   
• Additional: Filter results by Additional.
   
• Par Range: Filter results by Par Range.
