Purpose

This article outlines the analytics report that shows an overview of the current inventory quantities over par.
 

Process

1. Log into the Organization's VMS.
    
2. Navigate to Analytics.
    
3. Select Vending Operations.
    
4. Select Inventories Over Par.
    
5. Select desired date range.
    
6. Press the green play button to pull the report.

Table Columns

Each row in the table is a separate point of sale asset.

• Route: Asset's assigned Route.
   
• Asset: A unique, customizable ID assigned to the asset.
   
• Machine / POS: Asset name. Clicking the name opens the asset's modal.
   
• Location: Asset's assigned Location.
   
• Slot: The planogram slot number (Row - Column).
   
• Product: Name of product assigned to the Slot.
   
• Quantity: Current inventory level.
   
• Par: Maximum fill level set for the Slot.
   
• Difference: Calculated difference between the Quantity and Par.
