Purpose

This article serves as a guide for the Route Time report.

Report Description

The Route Time report provides service time information, including average service times for locations and POS.

Each row is a separate finished service.

How to Access the Report

  1. From your Org's VMS, navigate to Analytics > Routes > Route Time.

  2. Set a date range, select a route, then click the green play button to run the report.

Table Columns

  • ID: Route Service ID number.

  • Route Name: Route name.

  • Service Date: Date & time when the route was planned.

  • Started At: Route start date & time, marked when the first asset service is finished.

  • Finished At: Route end date & time, marked when the last asset service is finished.

  • Route Time (Hrs): The hours component of the elapsed time between the Route start and end time.

  • Route Time (Min): The minutes component of the elapsed time between the Route start and end time.

  • # Locations Serviced: The number of locations that were serviced.

  • Location Average: The average amount of time the driver spent at each location.

  • # Machines / POS Serviced: The total number of assets serviced.

  • Machine / POS Average: The average amount of time the driver spent at each asset (in hours and minutes).

  • Machine / POS Average Minutes: The average amount of time the driver spent at each machine (in minutes only).
