Purpose

This article serves as a guide for the Product Changes report.

Report Description

The Product Changes report provides an overview of product changes.

Each row is a separately recorded product change.

How to Access the Report

  1. From your Org's VMS, navigate to Analytics > Vending Operations > Product Changes.

  2. Set a date range then click the green play button to run the report.

Report Columns

  • Asset: A unique, customizable ID, assigned to the asset.
     
  • Machine / POS: Asset name. (Click the name to open the asset's model.)
     
  • Location: Asset's assigned Location.
     
  • Route: Asset's assigned Route.
     
  • Slot: Product slot ID. (Numbers formatted '#-#' indicate 'row number-column number'.)
     
  • Type: Product change type. (Options are 'Forced', and 'Scheduled'.)
     
  • Old Product: Product assigned to Slot before the change.
     
  • New Product: Product assigned to Slot after the change.
      
  • User: Username (who changed the product).
     
  • Date: Date when the product was changed.
