Purpose

This article outlines the analytics report that shows an overview of the current change in machine coin mechs.
 

Process

1. Log into the Organization's VMS.
    
2. Navigate to Analytics.
    
3. Select Vending Financial.
    
4. Select Cash in Machines.
    
5. Select desired date range.
    
6. The report will pull automatically and update upon refresh.

Table Totals

• Total in coin mechs - Total value of change in all coin mechs that report to the VMS. Not all machines report coin mech information.
   

Table Columns

Each row in the table is a separate machine.

• ID: A VMS-assigned (non-customizable) ID for the asset.
   
• Machine: Asset name. Clicking the name opens the asset's modal.
   
• Location: Asset's assigned Location.
   
• Route: Asset's assigned Route.
   
• Current Change: Current value of change in the coin mech.
   
• Avg. Change: Average value of change in the coin mech taken over the last 2 months.
   
• Bills in Validator: shows the cash total since the most recent collection.
   
• Coins in Cashbox: Value of the coins in the cashbox for machines that utilize the cashbox.
   
• Coins in Tubes: Value of the coins in the tubes for machines that utilize the tube function.
   
• Total Cash: sum of the available values from the three cash columns.
   

• Last Read: The date & time of the last received DEX.
