Purpose

This article serves as a guide for the Service Ticket History report.

Report Description

The Service Ticket History report overviews service tickets for the POS.

How to Access the Report

  1. From your Org's VMS, navigate to Analytics > Vending Operations > Service Ticket History.

  2. Set a date range, choose a point-of-sale asset, then click the green play button to run the report.

Report Columns

  • Date: Date & time when service was completed. Clicking the date opens the asset's Service Ticket screen in a new tab.

  • Slot: Product slot ID (numbers formatted '#-#' indicate 'row number-column number').

  • Product: Name of product assigned to the Slot in the planogram.

  • Par: Slot max-fill amount (par level) set in the planogram.

  • Orig Prekit: Original Prekitting, calculated for the Slot at the time when the service route was initially planned. Also based on other prekit rules.
    (Par - Inv at Prekit = Orig Prekit).

  • Final Prekit: Amount of prekitting recorded by the VMS for the Slot at the time when the asset's service was completed. This accounts for prekitting adjustments after Orig Prekit was calculated.

  • Sold Before Prekit: Number of units sold from the Slot between the time when the last service was Finished At and when the Original Prekitting.

  • Inv at Prekit: Slot quantity at the time when Orig Prekit was calculated.

  • Sold After Prekit: Number of units sold from the Slot between when the tote or route was marked as prekit in the VMS and the time when the asset service was completed. 

  • Pre Service Inv: Slot quantity at the time when the service was completed. After Service Inv: Slot quantity calculated by the VMS at the time when the asset's service was completed.
    (Pre Service Inv + Final Prekit = After Service Inv.)

  • Driver Inv Changes: Adjustments to Slot quantity, made by the Driver, in the Stock app after the VMS calculated After Service Inv.
    (N/A if none were made.)

  • Final Inv Changes: Adjustments to Slot quantity, made by a manager, in the VMS after the VMS calculated After Service Inv and after Driver Inv Changes (N/A if none were made).

  • Stocked: The calculated amount of units stocked.
    (After Serv Inventory - Pre Serv Inv = Stocked)

  • Not Stocked: The calculated amount of items not stocked.
    (Final Prekit - Stocked = Not Stocked)

  • Product Change: Product before the change, if one occurred.

  • Price Change: Slot price before the change, if one occurred.
