Purpose

This article answers questions regarding Hilton Members not getting their credits applied.
 

Process

  • Why are Gold / Diamond customers not getting a credit applied?

    Hilton member tier benefits and discounts are managed and applied by the PMS itself. Please open a ticket with Hilton Support if there are instances of Gold or Diamond members not getting their member credits applied correctly.
     
  • Can't Impulsify change things?

    OnQ and PEP do not send Hilton Member tier data to the Impulsify system, so Impulsify currently does not have any way to receive that data or apply discounts on our end. It is handled entirely through the PMS.
