Understanding the Order Confirmation Screen
Welcome to a more intuitive and user-friendly ordering experience! The 365 Dining confirmation screen has been updated to make it easier for consumers to track their order and get a receipt instantly.
Here’s a quick breakdown of what is shown and how to use the screen effectively.
Order Number – Easy to Spot
After placing their order, the consumer see their order number (e.g., Washington L - 4987) displayed clearly and prominently in the center of the screen.
- Styled in bold, large font
- Helps identify each order quickly during pickup
Order Ahead

Choose Receipt Option
At the bottom of the screen, the consumer can select how they'd like to receive a receipt.
- Print: Tap to get a paper copy
- SMS: Tap to enter your phone number and receive a digital receipt by text message
Only phone/SMS and print options are available. Email receipt is not supported at this time.
They can also skip receipt if it is preferred to not receive one, by simply tapping Done.
Done Button
After selecting their receipt option (or choosing to skip), tap the Done button to finish.
A countdown timer (like the blue circle with "5") may automatically return to the home screen if no action is taken.

If a consumer didn’t receive their SMS receipt or have questions about their order, please speak with a staff member nearby or contact Support via the 365 Dining app.
