Purpose

The purpose of this report is to track promotions by product. 
 

Selection/Filter Criteria

• Report Name (required) - Single report selection
   
• Location List (required) - Multiple selection of location is allowed
   
• Date (required) - Dates can be selected based on the following:
   
  1. Custom Range
  2. Yesterday
  3. Today
  4. Last 7 days
  5. Last 30 days
  6. Last 60 days
  7. Last week (SU-SA)
  8. Last week (SA-FR)
  9. This week
  10. This month
  11. Last month
  12. Current and Previous Month
       
• Time Range - Optional - Has a hh:mm format (24 hours)
   
• Active Only - Checkbox - Selecting the Active Only checkbox will apply the report to Active Locations Only. Checked by Default.

• TransId - Transaction id
   
• Trans Date - Transaction date
   
• Item - Product name
   
• Scancode - Product scancode
   
• Description- Product description
   
• Cat1- Category 1
   
• Cat 2 - Category 2
   
• Cat 3 - Category 3
   
• Caloric Density - Caloric density
   
• Base Price - Price before promotion
   
• PromotionalName1 - Name of Promo 1
   
• PromotionalAmount1 - Amount of Promo 1
   
• PromotionalName2 - Name of Promo 2
   
• PromotionalAmount2 - Amount of Promo 2
   
• PromotionalName3 - Name of Promo 3
   
• PromotionalAmount 3 - Amount of Promo 3
   
• Net Price - Price after promotion
   
• Tax - Total tax
