Purpose

This article outlines the process for enabling products for specified warehouses in Parlevel VMS.
 

Process

This allows operators to activate or deactivate products for each warehouse individually, enhancing inventory management without altering the global product list.

Previously, a product active in one warehouse was active in all. Now, each warehouse can have its own product list, enabling tailored inventory adjustments based on local needs.

1. Log into VMS.
    
2. Navigate to Warehouse > Products. This view allows users to switch between All (Universal Management) or Individual Warehouses (Localized Management).
   
   
   1. Each product displays two numbers, shown as a fraction (i.e. 1/3).
      
      
      1. Numerator (1): Number of warehouses where this product is currently active.
          
      2. Denominator (3): Total number of warehouses in the system.
          
      3. This means the product is active in 1 out of 3 warehouses.
          
3. Select if changes will be made in all the warehouses or just one.
   
   
4. Find the product in the list.
    
5. Click to toggle the product ON (activate) or OFF (inactive).
    
6. Select a specific warehouse.
    
7. Customize which products are active/inactive warehouse-by-warehouse.
