Can I change the location of the shelves?
Yes, the shelves can be adjusted within reason.
Can I store any product in the shelves?
The minimum product size must be 4 inches x 2 inches. There is no limitation on how large the product may be. Smaller products must be stored on the upper shelves.
Can I add more shelves to the PicoFreezer Vision?
No, adding additional shelves is not permitted because smaller shelves mean smaller items, which can deteriorate receipt accuracy.
How many plugs are there in a PicoFreezer Vision setup?
There are two plugs - one for the pico unit and one for the freezer.
Install Time, Lockout Mode, and Planograms
How long does it take to install the PicoFreezer Vision?
The PicoFreezer Vision will come pre-installed.
What happens if the freezer goes into lockout mode?
If the freezer goes into lockout mode, the system will follow the same behavior as Stockwell 2.0/PicoCooler Vision, not allowing the consumer to start a transaction.
How do I get the freezer out of lockout mode?
First, check the products for spoilage. If no items are at risk of spoilage and spoiled products have been removed, the Operator can then override the lockout.
If the Operator does not know how to override the lockout from the cooler, they will need to contact Due North (MinusForty) at (800) 800-5706 for the steps.
How do I manage planograms for the PicoFreezer Vision?
The same way as you manage them for PicoCooler Vision or Stockwell. Once deployed, the planogram link in ADM will take you to Stockwell’s planogram web-page to add / remove items.
