How to Access and View the Transactions Log

Steps to view all previous transactions conducted in your store using ImpulsePoint

Begin by selecting the "Analyze" icon situated on the left side of the screen. Next, select the "Reports" icon just below the "Analyze" icon. Within the "Sales" section, choose the "Transactions Log" link.

By default, the Transactions Log will display all transactions conducted for the current date. However, you have the option to refine and organize the transactions using the dropdown arrows to filter them based on the following criteria:

  • Start and End Business Date
  • Start and End Transaction Date
  • Transaction Type
  • Payment Type
  • Taxes
  • Cashier (User)

For additional convenience, you can click on the Receipt # of a particular transaction to view and print an extra copy of the receipt. As a helpful tip, you may also utilize the "Export" function to export the table to Excel for further analysis and record-keeping.
