Steps to edit/ update Store Products in your ImpulsePoint 2.0

To uphold a high standard of retail practices, it's strongly advised to maintain accurate information for all Store Products. Keeping this data up-to-date ensures the generation of precise analytical insights. To achieve the utmost accuracy, we recommend regular updates of essential Product details, preferably on a monthly to quarterly basis.

To edit vital information for Store Products, please follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the "Manage" section.
  2. Select "View All Products."
  3. In the Search field, enter any relevant keyword or UPC linked to the Store Product.
  4. Click the magnifying glass to search.
  5. Scroll to the right of the page.
  6. Locate the pen icon labeled "Edit Product" and click on it.
  7. Modify any available field as needed.
  8. Ensure to click "Save" to confirm the changes.

Additionally, we advise establishing a Reorder Point for each Store Product to streamline inventory management.

Please be aware that if the Store Product was added by Impulsify, certain fields may be unmodifiable, as indicated by a greyed-out appearance. These fields include Brand, Description, Unit of Measure, Unit Type, UPC, Category, and Sub-Category.
