Steps to reactivate a User when inactive or unable to access ImpulsePoint

To reactivate a User, a Manager should follow these steps:

  1. Click the Manage icon, located on the left side of the screen.
  2. Under the Manage Store section, select the Add / Edit / Deactivate Users link.
  3. Click the pen icon on the right side of the screen (it may display "Edit User" when hovering over it).
  4. Using the dropdown arrow, switch the Status from "Inactive" to "Active."
  5. Don't forget to click the red Save icon!

Note: Users may be deactivated for one of two reasons:

  1. A Manager deactivated the User due to reasons such as termination, position changes, etc.
  2. ImpulsePoint deactivated the User after more than 30 days of inactivity in accordance with security protocols.
