Steps to access the Report that provides warnings for low stock in ImpulsePoint

To access your Shopping List for reorders in ImpulsePoint, follow these steps:

1. Click on the "Manage" icon located on the left side of the screen.

2. Within the "Manage Inventory" section, select the "View Shopping List for Reorders" link.

3. The Shopping List presents several columns of information, and if you can't see all of them, you can scroll to the right or adjust your screen zoom. These columns include:

   • UPC
   • Description
   • Vendor
   • Category
   • Sub Category
   • In Stock
   • Reorder Point
   • Quantity Sold in the Last 30 Days
   • Last Sold Date
   • Last Received

4. Utilize the "Actions" column to manage your Store Products. You can deactivate a Store Product by clicking the icon with an "X" inside a circle.

Tip: When reviewing your Shopping List, consider using the metrics "In Stock" versus "Reorder Point" to identify which Store Products require reordering. If you wish to order only those Store Products you genuinely need, you can also take into account the "Quantity Sold in the Last 30 Days" and the "Last Sold Date." This will help ensure efficient and informed restocking decisions.
