Under the Things to Fix card, what is Products not Received Correctly?
Products not Received Correctly are Store Products that may have been delivered to the Market and sold, without being entered properly into ImpulsePoint 2.0 using the Receive Inventory function.
You can correct Products not Received Correctly by performing a Hard Inventory Count.
You can identify the Products not Received Correctly using this pathway:
Click "FIX NOW" on the "Products not Received Correctly" card
OR
Manage > All Inventory > Filters > using the Stock Level dropdown, select Negative Inventory > Apply
After following the pathway mentioned above, you can correct the Negative Inventory Item(s) by utilizing the Hard Count button. Simply enter the individual hard count of each Store Product into the In Stock text field, which is located on the far-right side of the screen.
