Under the Things to Fix card, what is Underperforming Store Products?
Underperforming Store Product(s) are Store Products that have sold less than five (5) units within the last 30 - 60 - 90 days.
Most importantly, each Store Products' life cycle should be evaluated for a minimum of 90 days to fully understand whether the Product truly benefits the overall performance of the Market.
If the Product is not performing well, we recommend replacing the Product with a similar Product that may have a better chance of performing.
We also recommend checking out our 2023 Retail Playbook that can provide helpful insight in replacement items that are considered Best Sellers, using the data from millions of Transactions collected using ImpulsePoint 2.0.
You can access the Underperforming Store Product(s) Report from within ImpulsePoint 2.0 using this pathway:
Click "FIX NOW" on the "Underperforming Store Products" card
OR
Analyze > Reports > Underperforming Product(s)
If you have identified Store Products from within this Report you are confident the Market is no longer selling, or have not carried for any extended period of time, you can individually select the Store Product and deactivate them!
