ImpulsePoints' website and the User credential system has changed! See what's new below!
The updated website URL can now be accessed at: https://sso.impulsepoint.app/login.
If you've previously bookmarked or favorited the old website URL in your web browser, kindly replace it with the link provided above.
For all Users, please be aware that each will have their unique username and password.
In the case where you are a Manager and are in the process of registering a new User (for instructions on adding a new User, please refer to "How to Add a New User"), the User will receive an email from system@impulsepoint.app.
Please take note that if you are a Manager and haven't received User credentials as expected, you can either open a Support Ticket or contact your dedicated Retail Success Manager for assistance. The registration email will guide the User through creating a password and will then kindly request them to log in to the new ImpulsePoint 2.0.
