What do I do when my ShopPoP self - pay Kiosk doesn't turn on?

Troubleshooting steps when your Impulsify Self Service Kiosk, ShopPoP is not turning on (black screen)

    Ensure that you are pressing the power button, as the Kiosk may be powered off.

    The power button is situated above the scanner on the bottom left side of the Kiosk screen. This button is small, black, and rectangular in shape.

    Have you checked all connections and power sources?

    Take a moment to inspect the back of the Guest Facing Kiosk.

    1. The uninterruptible power source (UPS), also referred to as a surge protector, must be correctly plugged into the wall outlet.

    2. The AC/DC adapter should be connected to one of the "Battery + Surge" outlets on the UPS, and the other end should be plugged into the power port on the Kiosk.

    If the Kiosk still fails to power on, you might want to try plugging the UPS into a different wall outlet (though it's uncommon for wall outlets to fail).

    Important Note:

    Please remember that the Kiosk should be the only device connected to the UPS provided, and the UPS should be the only equipment directly connected to a wall outlet. This ensures proper functionality and prevents potential issues.
