Purpose

The purpose of this report is to show details about the quickness at which guests received service or attention.

Selection/Filter Criteria

• Report Name (required) - the name of the report.
• Date (required) - the date range for the report to pull from. 
• Time Range (optional) -  desired time range for report.
• Location list (required) - Multiple selection of location is allowed.
• Active Only (Checkbox) - Toggle this setting to see only active locations.

Report Details

• Location -  Location Name.
• Order Type - OrderNow or OrderAhead.
• Total Orders - Total completed orders in that ordertype.
• Avg Prep Time - Average Order Prepared by Kitchen time to the average Order Ready time.
• Avg SOS Time - Average speed of service of an order.
