365 Catering (Spoonfed) - Why Can't I See the Setup Module?
Updated

Purpose

This article outlines the answer to the commonly asked question of "Why can't I see the setup module in Spoonfed?"

Process

When an Operator account for logging in to the Back Office system is created, the Administrator of the account sets the permissions for each user. The admin is oftentimes a manager or catering director at the company.

The admin can allow different permissions for different users so that certain users can only view and edit certain aspects of the Spoonfed system. This is to prevent important system changes from being made without a manager's knowledge or approval. Generally, the Setup Module is the most restricted permission, as it contains all the important settings that make the system function best.

If an Operator doesn't have Setup access, they should reach out to the manager or catering director. If the Operator requires something to be changed in the settings for a business account, they can ask the Account Administrator to make the changes.

If an Operator has Setup access, they will need to acquaint themselves with the system settings before making changes to make sure nothing important is changed or deleted.

If an Operator is not sure who their Business Account Administrator is, they can reach out to a 365 Support Specialist to guide them the right direction.
