You can set Exported Invoices to download in a file that is easily imported to other Accounting Systems like Xero, Sage Line 50, and QuickBooks.
Go to Setup > Organization > Invoicing > Account System.
Choose one of the options by which to set Invoice Exports so that they easily integrate into the accounting site your catering team uses.
