Purpose
This article outlines some of the common issues that could cause a 365 Catering customer to not be able to log in online to the Back Office.
Process
Contact Email Address
If the customer is having issues trying to log in, try checking that the email address they are using to log in with. This email should be the same as the contact email address which is shown in the Back Office.
For each Customer, the individuals who would order within that organization must be added as contacts. It is the contact email address which the customer will then use to login.
Password
If the contact email address is the same as the address they are using, have them use the reset password function and try to log in once more.
