Track Customer Behavior on your Online Ordering Site

It's possible to use Google Analytics or Facebook Pixel in conjunction with your Spoonfed Online Ordering site. These are a great way to track Customer interactions, compare the appeal of different pages, and monitor the return on investment of marketing campaigns.

To implement these tools, go to the Setup module of Spoonfed's back office, select Online Ordering and then Analytics.

Google Analytics

For Google Analytics you will need your Tracking ID. You'll find this by logging into Analytics and going to Admin, then the appropriate Account and Property. Click Tracking Code under the heading Tracking Code and copy and paste your Tracking ID into Spoonfed. 

It is also possible to use site-linking (cross-domain tracking) to ensure that sessions spread across different domains are treated as a single sessions. Insert the domain addresses of all sites that you use the same Analytics code for in Spoonfed's Tracking Domains box, separated by commas.
