365 Catering (Spoonfed) - How to Find Out Who Created an Order?

Purpose

This article outlines the process for checking the Order Details to determine the contact who placed an order.
 

Process

If there are multiple staff Users operating the Back Office there may be a time when it is needed to determine which staff member actually created an Order.

In order to tell which staff User has created the order each staff member will need to be set up with their own login access in Setup Organization > Users.

  1. Log into Spoonfed.
     
  2. Go to the Orders tab.
     
  3. Access Order Details. This page displays the customer, delivery address, and invoice address.
     
  4. Locate the Created by field in the bottom left hand corner, followed by the Users name.

  5. If the customer placed the order online, the Contact's name with the bracket (Customer) will be shown.
