B2C Working Lead Times

If your Second Order Flow has a different Lead or Cut-Off Time than your first Order Flow, you can easily adjust that in Spoonfed.

  1. Go to Setup > Online Ordering > Options.

  2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page under 'Order Flow 2' to change your working lead time. The name might say whatever the name of your Second Order Flow is.

  3. This will follow the same rules as adding a default Lead or Cut-Off Time.

  4. Remember that Lead Times are calculated by days and hours your open, not by hours in the day.
