Authorize.net Integration
Updated

Note: When changing Payment Gateways, it is always advisable to speak to a Spoonfed Customer Success representative first about the implications for your Account. Switching Gateways deletes all current Customer Credit Cards on file!

Spoonfed integrates with Authorize.net as a Payment Gateway to collect credit and debit cards. In order to integrate Authorize.net, you follow these steps:

  1. Contact your Authorize.net representative to setup your Merchant Interface (skip this step if you already have access).

  2. Follow Authorize.net instructions to issue an API ID and API Transaction Key:

    1. https://support.authorize.net/s/article/How-do-I-obtain-my-API-Login-ID-and-Transaction-Key

  3. Establish Spoonfed's URLs by following Spoonfed's step-by-step guide. This provides one-side of the secure pathway from Authorize.net to Spoonfed. If you have not yet been provided with our current guide, please ask your Spoonfed Implementation Expert.

  4. Send your Enhanced Security Key (long alpha-numeric string), Store ID, and your Terminal ID to your Spoonfed Implementation Expert OR go to: Setup > Organization > Payments to add the information directly to your Account.

  5. Once all of these pieces are in place, you can run a test Order and test credit card transaction!

That is how to set up Authorize.net on your Spoonfed Account to take Card Orders!
