Introduction

While most Orders show up in the main part of the Orders Module, some can only be found in a specific Order Tab.

Awaiting Payments Tab

Find the Awaiting Payments Tab in the Orders Module.

Awaiting Payments are Orders that have been confirmed in the Back Office awaiting the Customer's Credit Card Payment. The customer must be sent an order confirmation email for the order to appear in Awaiting Payment.

They also apply to Online Orders made by a Customer that wasn't yet paid for by credit card.

This Tab is only for Credit Card Orders. Orders that have 'Pay By Account' selected don't show up in the Awaiting Payments Tab.

The Awaiting Payments Tab is an easy way to track credit card payments and ensure all Orders are paid for at the right time.
