Draft Orders on a Customer Profile

Introduction

At any point when creating an Order, a Customer can Save the Order as a Draft. Note that the caterer must have enabled this feature.

Saving an Order as a Draft Online

To do this, click Save as Draft Order under the 'Place Your Order' button.

 

When Customer clicks 'Save as Draft Order' the page goes to the Draft Orders Tab in the Customer's Profile. After a Draft is saved, the Customer can finish editing and order the Draft. They can also start an entirely new Order.

Multiple Drafts can be saved at once.

 

Draft Orders Tab

In the Draft Orders Tab, main Order Details regarding any Drafts are displayed. To Edit and Confirm a Draft, click the three dots to edit the order. To Delete a Draft, three dots and select the cancel option.

 

 


The Customer can find their pre-saved Draft Orders in the top right Profile button. They can also navigate to the Draft Order Tab from anywhere in their Profile Page.
