Navigate from Order to Customer-Contact

Purpose

This article overviews how to navigate from the Order to Customer-Contact in the Back Office.
 

Process

To see Customer information or saved Credit Card or PO Number Payment Details while viewing an Order, there is a quick link that goes to the Customer's Profile:

  1. In the Orders Module, find the Order to edit.
     
  2. To View/Edit: Click the Order Number - or the three vertical dots on the right side of the row, then click View (or Jump To > Details).

  3. In the Details tab, find the name of the Customer who placed the Order; click the name to open a new page of the Customer's Back Office Profile.

  4. On the Settings tab, information about the contact, including saved Payment Options are displayed.

  5. Edit and View information about the Contact as needed.
