Add a Service Charge to a Back Office Order

Purpose

This article walks through how to add a service charge to a Back Office order.

To create a service charge, please see the Add Service Charges Guide
 

Process

To add a service charge to an order:

  1. Go to the Order Module.
     
  2. Find the Order to add a Service Charge to.
     
  3. Click the three vertical dots > eye icon to View/Edit.

  4. Go to the Items tab.
     
  5. Click the dropdown for + Add Service Charge, and choose which charge to add.

  6. The charge(s) will then show up under Order Charges.

  7. The charge(s) will also be reflected in the Total.

  8. Click the red X button to delete the charge, or the pencil icon to edit the charge if needed.
     
  9. When finished, click Save, then Confirm Order.
