If you're not receiving Order Confirmations or Email Updates for Orders placed through Spoonfed, it might be that your email isn't set up to receive these updates.
The Messages Tab is where you can check what emails receive Order Confirmations and updates. If your email isn't listed, it might be that it's not listed as an Additional Email to get Order updates in the Back Office and on the Online Ordering Site.

Checking these settings should help to ensure all Users are getting email updates and Order Confirmations as needed. Once updated, resend any Order Confirmations and Edits to get the update sent to your email.
