You may want to add an extra note to an Order that is intended for Back Office Users. Customers won't be able to see this note. This note is referred to as a 'Internal Note'.

To add an Internal Note, complete the following steps:

Click Order Module from the Main Menu.

Add or Search for the Order you want to add the note to.

Click on the Item Selections tab and scroll to the bottom.

Find the box labeled 'Internal Note' to the bottom page.

Enter in the Notes you want your team to see, but not the Customer.

Click 'Save'.

Click 'Confirm Changes'. Select Skip email, so that the Customer doesn't receive another confirmation email.
